I have a plumbing emergency, what should I do?

If there is still water leaking, turn off the isolating valve to the appliance or fixture if possible, or go straight to the main water shutoff valve for your home. If you are unable to find the main valve to turn off, then you could try turning on all the cold water taps inside and outside the home to depressurise the pipework and reduce the leak.

Once that is sorted, give our team a call, no matter what the day or time is. We will be with you shortly to get things sorted.

In the meantime, start mopping up any water, put a container to catch any drips, and clear away significant possessions from the area. If the house water is turned off, also switch off the heating for the hot water.
